Louisiana Sea Grant is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to help connect research, education and outreach efforts with the people and communities who depend on Louisiana’s coast.

This position will support stakeholder engagement, partnership development, science communication and outreach initiatives that advance Louisiana Sea Grant’s mission of fostering resilient coastal communities and sustainable use of marine and coastal resources.

Calling all science, history, and social studies educators! This year's Wetland Education Teacher Workshop (WETshop) will be July 13-18. Don't miss out on this exciting professional development opportunity!🌊

This 6-day coastal awareness workshop provides participants with an in-depth look at issues related to wetland ecology and coastal land loss in Louisiana. Workshop experiences provide ideas to incorporate Louisiana phenomena-based learning in classrooms at all grade levels.
