Taking the first step is the hardest.
It feels unknown. It feels like we are unprepared. It feels scary.
The path doesn’t beckon us once it’s properly cleared. It calls us to start do the clearing. With each step, we pave our own way.
But that feels daunting, doesn’t it?
To trust the process? To trust ourselves?
What is on the other side of that first step? Clarity? Knowing? Capability? Confidence?
It’s not about doing it perfectly and having every question answered, but it’s about choosing courage and trust that we can make our own way.

Hi! It’s been awhile since I introduced myself.

I’m Jessica, Jess, or as some know me, Coach Jess!

I am a nature lover, artist, animal lover, gardener, music enthusiast, thrifter, philanthropist, and DIY lover.

I am Type 2, ENFJ/INFJ (depending on my social battery), and Manifesting Generator.

If that is a bunch of gibberish to you, that’s ok! It just means I am literally MADE to COACH!

I care deeply about others, helping them feel seen, and helping them find the change they are looking for in life.

I know how important it is to have someone in your corner, a safe place to explore, and someone with knowledge, tools, and strategies to help you take the next steps.

I operate with empathy and compassion at my core, but might sprinkle in a little humor and healthy challenge for you.

Spring always seems to be that pleasant surprise. The light at the end of the tunnel that is our long winter. It is the resurgence of growth, of life, of new beginnings.

It can be a reminder to embark, to return, or to simply be present in the wonders of this time.

It can be the hope we need, the energy we crave, and the beauty to invigorate us.

This is a season that fuels me with so much gratitude.

Community, belonging, and giving back are all things that I believe add to a fulfilled life. Working with this organization has provided me, and many others, with that opportunity.

I am happy to look into 2026 with this courageous, generous, and overall amazing group of people.

I’m excited to see how we grow with each other and create impact in ways we can feel proud.
