There is something quietly extraordinary happening inside every one of us, every moment of every day.
I spent years learning about pain before I realized I had overlooked one of my bodyβs quietest teachers.
My breath.

The Strength Through a Wave
Was Built Before the Storm
Part 5
Keeping Your Light in Sight π
The strength you feel through a wave
was built before the storm.
Not all at once.
Not in one perfect moment.
It was built quietly.
Through repetition.
Through showing up for yourself even when you donβt want to.
Through the ordinary days when nothing dramatic is happening.
Every quiet day is part of the practice.
Because one day, the wave comes. And when it does, you may swallow water. You may lose sight of the horizon.
You may wonder where the light went.
But the practice keeps you facing the right direction.
Somewhere through the storm, even if it is only
a dim glow, you recognize something familiar.
The way back.
The goal was never to avoid every wave.
It was learning how to keep your light in sight
until you reach tomorrow.
One breath.
One choice.
One small light at a time. πβ€οΈ
