Forget HVAC… this is H-Bee-AC. 🐝❄️

When the hive heats up in the summer, some worker bees head outside in a behavior called “bearding” to help keep everyone cool. 🧔

Other bees fan their wings to circulate air, while some bring in water that evaporates to cool the hive naturally.

All of this teamwork helps keep the brood (developing baby bees) at the perfect temperature, around 93–95°F, so they can grow into healthy adult bees. Pretty amazing what a hive can do together! 🍯💛

Next time you see a “beard” of bees hanging outside a hive, don’t panic! They’re just turning on the A/C. 😎🧊

✨ Bonus tip: Sprinkle a little Broadus Bees Bee Pollen on top for a naturally delicious finishing touch.

🍯 Wildflower Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup Broadus Bees Wildflower Honey
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl (or shake in a mason jar) until well combined.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Drizzle over your favorite salad or use as a marinade for chicken or veggies.

You know it’s good when you have to start hiding the honey 😂🍯
