For nearly 30 years, has been part of the OAS story.

From providing access to the mountain and a home for our winter programs to supporting the instructors, volunteers, and athletes who make those programs possible, Mt. Bachelor’s partnership has helped shape adaptive snowsports at OAS from the very beginning.

As our Elevation Partner for the 7th Annual First Chair Gala, their support helps fuel another year of adaptive recreation while continuing a partnership that has grown alongside OAS for decades.

We're Hiring!

Oregon Adaptive Sports is looking for a Program Coordinator to help plan and deliver transformative adaptive outdoor programs, from winter adaptive ski and snowboard operations at Mt. Bachelor to summer cycling, paddling, and golf across Central Oregon. In this role, you’ll work directly with athletes, families, and volunteers while managing key program logistics and direct facilitation.

If you’re passionate about inclusion, building strong community connections, and expanding access to the outdoors, join the OAS team and empower athletes with disabilities every season!
