When the Mountain Pine Beetles lay eggs in the pine trees it creates a fungus that causes the tree to no longer be able to process water which gives the tree these gorgeous blue/gray streaks through it! This house came a lonnnnnnnnggggg way from where it was after the storm we had in May. The storm ripped the roof off which led to water damage and the ceiling throughout majority of the house became saturated and began to fall along with all the attic insulation.

New roof, new insulation, sheetrock, paint, carpet, light fixtures, doors/trim, you name it! Even took advantage of the opportunity to blow out a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen considerably!

Did I mention we went to bat for the homeowners to get insurance to cover these damages properly? Because we did.
