This week, we’re celebrating 3 wonderful years of Ms. Jamie at Compass Early Learning Center!

As our cook, Ms. Jamie plays such an important role in keeping our Compass kiddos happy, healthy, and well-fed. We’re so thankful for all the love and care she puts into the delicious meals she prepares for our children each day.

Help us wish Ms. Jamie a very happy 3-year anniversary! 🥳

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing monthly reading volunteers who help make our My First Library program possible!

Our volunteers came in today to read with our kiddos, helping foster a love of books and reading from an early age. We’re so grateful for the time, stories, and smiles they share with our little learners! 📖

We need YOUR help to make Trunk or Treat a success! 👻🍬

Our annual Trunk or Treat is coming up, and we’re looking for community members, families, businesses, and friends of Pathways to help make this special evening possible!

🚗 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We are looking for volunteers who are willing to decorate a trunk and pass out candy to our Pathways & Compass families. Get creative, choose a fun theme, and help us create a memorable night for the children!

🍭 CANDY DONATIONS NEEDED!
We are also collecting candy donations to make sure we have plenty of treats for all of our trick-or-treaters. Every bag helps!

✨ Weekly Round-Up at Pathways & Compass Early Learning Center! ✨

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Johnny, our new O’Neill Leadership Fellow at Pathways!

Johnny is originally from Pflugerville, Texas, and attended Texas A&M University from 2015–2019, where he was an active member of the Corps of Cadets and the Aggie Band. Following graduation, Johnny served four years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy before spending two years teaching English in Japan.

He is currently pursuing his Master of Public Affairs (MPA) at Indiana University and is excited to serve Pathways as our Grants & Communications Associate. His long-term goal is to work with an international nongovernmental organization or a U.S.-based nonprofit.

We are so excited to have Johnny join the Pathways team and look forward to all the great things he will bring to our organization and the families we serve! Welcome to Pathways, Johnny! 🎉

Whether we’re playing outside or inside, our children are always finding new ways to explore, discover, and learn through play.
