Rest is not weakness.
Rest is worship.
Rest demonstrates trust.
We talked about this on Friday's episode of RoyalTEA Talk, and it's been sitting with me ever since. So many of us only rest once we are already running on empty — but God designed Sabbath before burnout, not after it.

Some habits once helped you make it through difficult seasons, but not everything that protected you is meant to accompany you into your next chapter. 🙌🏾 Invite God to reveal what it's time to release so you can walk freely into all He has prepared for you. 🌺
Like Esther, you don't have to be the loudest voice in the room to walk in purpose. Quiet confidence rooted in God carries a strength that doesn't need to prove itself. When He appoints you for a season, lead with grace, wisdom, and the calm assurance that He goes before you.

Healing is holy work, even when no one else can see it.💕 God is still moving in the quiet places, preparing you for what’s ahead. Trust that hidden seasons are never wasted, they’re often where the deepest transformation begins.🌺
To the woman who keeps praying for everyone else while quietly carrying her own exhaustion: God sees you too. The strength you pour into others has not gone unnoticed, and neither have the tears you never talk about. It's okay to rest, to breathe, and to let Him carry what feels too heavy for you. You don't have to be strong every moment to be faithful. 🤍
