VertiCon Construction

Every project has a start date and a finish date, but the story behind a successful development begins long before construction is complete.

These storage condos in Meridian, Idaho, are already more than 50% sold while the slabs are still taking shape. That early demand is a strong reminder that successful storage development isn’t just about building space—it’s about understanding the market and creating a product buyers want.

When complete, these units will feature:

• 18' ceilings with room for mezzanines
• Fully climate-controlled spaces
• 14' x 14' electric overhead doors
• 100-amp and 200-amp electrical service
• Select pull-through units

The right amenities can make all the difference.

Forge is proud to partner with general contractor VertiCon Construction on this Meridian project, working together to help bring this high-demand development to life.

Before breaking ground, do the homework. Invest in a feasibility study. Understand the geography and your target customer. Ask the right questions. Plan for how the space will actually be used.

At Forge, we help developers turn those early decisions into well-planned, high-performing steel building projects from design and engineering through fabrication and construction.
