Some salons hire stylists. Salon CG grows them.
Their Associate Program trains every new stylist from the ground up, and you can hear it in how this team talks about their guests. Fifty years of combined experience, and still teaching.
Their new site is live. Booking that never closes, answers waiting when someone asks at midnight, and every service laid out plainly before anyone
walks in.
Go say hi to the team at Salon CG in Champions Gate!

"I led with grace. I gave myself grace, and grace to the people around me."
Bil Neal spent seventeen years building one sales territory. Then it changed overnight, and he had to start over with almost nothing familiar. That's the line he came back to.

"How do you start over?"
Bil Neal lost seventeen years of relationships when his territory changed overnight. One account came with him. Everything else, he had to rebuild from scratch.
His plan: give each quarter exactly one job. First three months, find the salons he already had. Next quarter, start the relationships. Not both at once.
"I know the job. I didn't know the people." Two years later, he's working alongside seventeen schools across the region.

Educe means to bring out. Since 2012 in Orlando, that is exactly what Educe Salon has done for their clients and for the 25-plus stylists Phillip Rosado mentors in house. Seven straight years on L'Oréal's Top 100 list is the proof!
Now their website does the same for them. Their extension work has a home that matches it, hand-tied, K-tip, I-tip and tape-in, with the color match, install, cut and blowout all spelled out before anyone picks up the phone. And when a question comes in at 11pm, it gets answered.
We also want to take a moment for Robin Pankau, a SalonCentric partner to this team and to Glammatic both. Thank you for everything!
Go give them a follow and check out the new site!

Meet Bil Neal, our second guest on the Growth Series!
He's a SalonCentric Business Partner covering commission salons and schools across Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia! Two years ago, a territory shakeup left him with one account and a list of salons who'd never met him. He had to learn who they all were from scratch, in the middle of a job he already knew how to do!
Today he works alongside seventeen schools across the region, and he's still finding new ways to make it work.
Ameet called him an expert on personal growth. Bil wasn't so sure! Watch the episode and you'll probably agree with Ameet.

Episode 2 of the Growth Series drops Monday, and Bil Neal is not what you'd expect from someone who sells for a living.
Meet Bil Neal, a SalonCentric Business Partner covering commission salons and schools across Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. Seventeen years into one territory, his accounts got reshuffled overnight. He kept one. The rest, he had to earn all over again.
Swipe through for a preview.
Bil, thank you for the honesty and the stories. Both are rarer than they should be in this business.

Every salon owner secretly thinks they're a control freak. Heather Harris says the same thing to all of them, so is everyone else doing something worth doing.
Anyone doing something worthwhile has a set way in their mind. The fix isn't dropping that standard, it's writing it down, or recording a voice memo if that's faster.
Once it's a process instead of a habit only you know, someone else can actually run with it, and you're free to lead instead of manage.

Most salon managers don't realize how many hours disappear into pulling reports and prepping for meetings, until they see what happens when that work goes somewhere else.
Heather Harris shares a real example. A salon manager in the southeast was losing one or two full days a month just building KPI reports and scheduling meetings for a team of over 20. Once that work moved to her Spark Assistant, she got two to three days back, and used them to actually lead new hires through onboarding instead of rushing them through it.
The result wasn't just time saved. It was a better first experience for every new hire that came after.
What would you do with two extra days a month? Coach your team, fix onboarding, or finally take a real day off?
Follow our page for more real examples like this one from salon owners actually doing it.
Meet Heather Harris, our first guest on the Growth Series!
She owns Tantrum Hair Salon, and she founded Spark Pro Global, where she trains assistants to work with people in the beauty industry!
Ameet called her an icon of growth. Heather would not take the compliment! Watch the episode and you'll probably agree with Ameet.
