When I seen this pattern I knew I needed to make it asap! It reminded me of how when you struggle with anxiety and any other forms of mental health you feel split in 2. The broken, irrational, scared, sad, struggling side(which for me seems to win the most lately) and the healed, rational, brave, happy and functioning side and how I’ll always be both. That mental health has ebbs and flows and nothing good or bad last forever. The 2 sides coexist and learning to accept both parts of yourself is key to healing. I didn’t think creating a little crochet stuffy would feel so deep but here we are LOL

Pattern by Sleek Grace. I modified a few things to be more of what I had pictured in my head.

*ignore the giant bandaid on my hand. Proceeded to burn myself when cooking (yet again, same spot, opposite hand!) right after I finished making this🤦🏻‍♀️
