Victor L. Bradley Jr. Anti-bias & Anti-Racist Educational Programming
I want to create spaces where young people respect and embrace each other’s differences. I have a passion for teaching about issues of race, gender, etc.
I offer training, coaching, and custom Curricula for early childhood programs, elementary schools, districts, library programs, and other community organizations. I bring a deep commitment to social justice into the educational classroom setting through extensive experience with history, anti-bias, and anti-racist curriculum development and implementation from pre-K-8th. I am in a position with all this hands-on knowledge and experience to be a mentor and coach to parents; to give young people a full social justice experience; to support schools with training and consulting around race, gender, and social change. The goal of all these offerings can help to transform your program around race, gender, and social justice work. I hold a specialized Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. When not teaching, I enjoy Djing, listening, and dancing to all types of music, connecting to nature by going for long walks on the beach in all seasons, connecting with my Jewish heritage by attending synagogue events and ceremonies with my family, cooking delicious vegan meals, practicing Reiki, being with my partner Sabina, who is also a teacher, and enjoying time with my daughter Hazel.

Young people are at the front lines of the climate crisis. It is our future that is threatened, yet we have little say in how society is run. In this workshop, younger people will look at the systematic mistreatment of young people and find ways to resist and heal from the oppression and take an active and powerful role in the climate movement.✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿✊🏼🌎🌍🌏☀️❄️☁️🌈

Mindfulness is not about stopping every thought or feeling. It is about noticing what is happening within you, staying present, and choosing how you respond with more awareness. 🌿✨

🔴🟠🟡 Happy International Dot Day! 🟢🔵🟣
A little dot. A brave beginning. A teacher who sees possibility where a child sees “I can’t.”
That’s the heart of The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds.
Some children walk into our classrooms ready to create a masterpiece. Others are terrified to make the first mark. They’ve already decided they’re “bad at reading,” “not creative,” or “not smart.”
Third graders. Carrying those big, heavy words in their little backpacks. Dot Day is a chance to help them set those words down.
Make the dot. Try the word. Ask the question. Let the first attempt be gloriously wonky.
Around here, we practice brave, not perfect. And if your dot looks like a potato with an attitude? Honey, sign it. That’s YOUR potato.
Happy Dot Day, my little world changers. There is room for your mark.
Literacy is nonnegotiable.
Sandra Valentine ♥️
