“I want you” becomes “haha, maybe.”
“I would love that” becomes “if it works for everyone.”
“Please keep going” becomes silence, because suddenly you’re worried you’re asking for too much.
You can keep choosing what to share and with whom. But notice when you edit the true sentence before anyone has had a chance to meet you in it.
Today’s tiny experiment: let one honest, low-stakes sentence leave your mouth without the cleanup crew following it.
What sentence do you tend to soften?
Somewhere between “I deserve pleasure” and actually letting yourself have it, a tiny manager with a clipboard shows up.
She would like an update on how long this is taking, whether anyone is inconvenienced, and when you plan to get back to being useful.
Tell her to take five.
The next time something feels good, catch the urge to move on before the feeling has even reached you. Stay one breath longer.
That is a very small moment. It can change the whole damn room.
P.S. If you want to know when the next F**K YES room opens, the First to Know list is in my bio. We begin January 2027.

Knowing better is useful.
But knowing is not the same thing as practice.
You can know you’re allowed to say no and have a PhD in saying yes before anyone gets disappointed.
You can know you’re allowed to want more and still have your desire halfway through a fu***ng feasibility study before it’s finished speaking.
You can know how to receive and still turn a compliment into a hostage negotiation.
None of that means you didn’t learn the lesson.
It means you’ve practiced something else.
A lot.
And I actually find that incredibly hopeful.
Because if practice got you this good at accommodating, deflecting, editing, minimizing, explaining and making yourself easy to deal with...
imagine what happens when you start practicing something different.
Letting the no remain no.
Letting the compliment land.
Letting the good thing be good.
Letting yourself feel what you want before deciding what you’re going to do about it.
Letting the want finish its fu***ng sentence.
So tell me: what do you want to get really fu***ng good at now?
Wear the dress if you want.
Wear the leggings if you want.
I’m far more interested in what happens when you stop watching yourself have an experience and actually let yourself have one.

Maybe you don’t need another fu***ng tool for calming yourself down.
Maybe you’re already spectacular at that.
You can breathe through the rage.
Reframe the disappointment.
Journal the jealousy.
Meditate through the grief.
Talk yourself out of wanting the thing that would complicate everything.
You know how to make an inconvenient feeling very, very reasonable.
And sometimes? Thank god.
Regulation is a skill. A beautiful one.
But somewhere along the way, some of us got so good at regulating ourselves that we stopped asking a much more interesting question:
What is this feeling trying to tell me?
Maybe your anger knows something you haven’t admitted yet.
Maybe your envy just handed you a fu***ng map.
Maybe your hunger isn’t a problem to solve.
Maybe that restless, unreasonable, inconvenient pulse in your body is not evidence that you need to calm down.
Maybe it’s evidence that you’re still in there.
And she has something to say.
Tomorrow, we’re giving her the microphone.
🔥 OH F**K, THERE SHE IS
September 17 • 1 PM ET

Last call.
If you’ve read every post this week and told yourself “later,” I want you to notice that. That’s the exact pattern we’re going to be talking about Thursday afternoon.
You don’t need more time to decide.
You need to stop asking your calendar for permission your body already gave you.
Thursday. Ninety minutes. One room.

Somewhere along the way, women got handed this very strange idea that maturity was supposed to look like wanting less.
Less attention.
Less s*x.
Less adventure.
Less beauty.
Less money.
Less drama.
Less fu***ng around and finding out.
Nobody has to say the rest out loud. We know the script:
Be grateful.
Be reasonable.
Enjoy what you have.
And for god’s sake, stop acting like you’re still hungry.
Except I don’t think your hunger is evidence that something is missing from your life.
I think it might be evidence that you’re still very much in it.
That little electric I want that.
The dress you have nowhere to wear.
The idea that makes absolutely no practical sense.
The s*x you haven’t had yet.
The trip you keep thinking about.
The thing you want to say out loud and then immediately edit into something more reasonable.
I’m interested in the version before you make it reasonable.
Because maybe the goal of getting older was never to become satisfied enough to stop wanting.
Maybe it was to finally become brave enough to stop apologizing for how much you do.
OH F**K, THERE SHE IS is happening THIS THURSDAY, September 17 at 1 PM ET.
90 minutes for the woman who can feel there’s still a whole fu***ng lot of her in there.
Come get hungry again.

You can feel the quality of a room in the first five seconds after you say:
“I’ve been thinking about something...”
In one room, everybody rushes to make the thought safe.
In another, a woman looks you directly in the eye and says, “Tell me everything.”
Your body knows the difference.
This is not about surrounding yourself with people who clap while you drive off a cliff.
It is about having women in your life who can distinguish danger from expansion.
Women who can hear a desire without immediately shrinking it into something more convenient for the group chat.
Women who remember that you are allowed to surprise them.
Women who want the full story, including the part where your voice changes and your hands get involved.
Send this to the woman who knows how to lean forward.
Her name is OH F**K THERE SHE IS because that’s the actual sound the room makes.
Not a metaphor. An actual, audible, “oh f**k, there she is.”
I built this because information was never the problem.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve done the therapy.
Some of it helped.
None of it reached the part of you that’s still starving.
This reaches it live, in real time, with other women who already know how to hold power watching you find yours.
September 17th. 🔗 in bio.

You can love your life and still want to bite into it harder.
You can be grateful for your partner and miss being looked at like a walking invitation to sin.
You can be proud of the business, the family, the home, the friendships, the exquisitely organized shared calendar… and still feel something inside you tapping its tiny red fingernail against the glass.
Hello?
Remember me?
I’m the one who had preferences before everything became a group decision.
I’m the one who wore things because they delighted me.
I’m the one who wanted things without immediately calculating the cost, the logistics, and whether everyone else would be comfortable.
Your desire for more does not mean you chose the wrong life.
It means you would like to be fully present for the life you chose.
And frankly, I would like that for you too.
OH F**K, THERE SHE IS is a live 90-minute activation for the woman who is done admiring her beautiful life from behind glass.
Thursday, September 17 at 1:00 p.m. ET
Live on Zoom
72-hour replay
$97
Come get your frosting.
