I don't usually notice faucets...but this one stood out.

The gold finish in this half bath adds just the right amount of character. Clean, simple, and a nice change from the usual chrome.

Sometimes it's the little details that make a home memorable.

You can update kitchens and bathrooms over the years, but it's hard to beat beautiful hardwood floors.

The floors in this Dedham home have been so well cared for, and they add so much warmth and character throughout the house. It's one of those features that catches your eye the minute you walk through the door.

Sometimes it's the classic details that make a home feel timeless.

🔑 Another successful closing is in the books!

Just over a week ago, 1086 Washington Street in Norwood officially changed hands.

This wasn't your typical residential sale. Properties that combine residential units with commercial space are always interesting because they offer so many possibilities for the next owner. Every transaction has its own challenges, and this one was no exception—but seeing it all come together is always rewarding.

Congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you to my clients for trusting me to help guide the sale from start to finish.

Can't wait to see what this property has to offer the Town of Norwood going forward! Onto the next...

Getting to the gym each week has become part of my routine. I received a lot of help from my Personal Trainer after a surgery, it's helped me get back to doing the things I enjoy—including playing hockey again.

Just trying to stay healthy, keep moving, and be ready for whatever the next day brings.

I'm grateful to share that I was recently recognized as the #3 Individual Agent in Closed Volume at my Keller Williams office.

Awards like this are never earned alone. They're the result of the trust my clients place in me, the referrals from family and friends, and the support of so many great professionals I have the privilege of working with throughout the year.

To everyone who has bought, sold, referred someone my way, or simply cheered me on—thank you. I truly appreciate your confidence and support. It's something I never take for granted.

Now...it's back to doing what I enjoy most—helping clients navigate their next move.

Thank you again!

A little Wilmington love ❤️

One of the things I enjoy most about helping people buy and sell homes is getting to highlight the communities that make a place feel like home.

My listing at 12 Franklin Ave is under agreement, and it’s a great reminder of why Wilmington continues to be such a popular place to live. It’s a town where you can grab a coffee, run into familiar faces, enjoy local events, and still be close enough to everything the Boston area has to offer.

Whether it’s catching a game, enjoying the trails and outdoor spaces, supporting local businesses, or taking advantage of the seasonal events happening around town, Wilmington has a great mix of community and convenience.

A home is more than four walls — it’s the neighborhood, the people, and the memories you create there.

Onward towards closing🏡

There's something about a room filled with natural light that just makes it feel like home.

This living room at my Waltham condo listing is flooded with sunshine throughout the day, making the whole space feel bright, open, and inviting. It's easy to picture yourself settling in with a cup of coffee or just enjoying a quiet afternoon by the windows.

Simple features like this are often the ones that leave the biggest impression.

💪 A little shout-out to someone who's made a big difference for me.

Last Friday I was working with my trainer, Bobby at Planet Fitness, and I can't say enough good things about him. After surgery, one of my goals was to get back on the ice playing hockey—and Bobby has been a huge part of helping me get there.

Real estate keeps me on the go every day, so staying healthy and active isn't just important for hockey, it's important for my job, too.

Thanks, Bobby, for keeping me motivated and helping me get stronger every week. I appreciate everything you've done!

Who's someone that's helped you reach a personal goal recently? Give them a shout-out in the comments!

It's amazing how much Boston's Seaport has changed over the years.

Not all that long ago, this area was mostly parking lots, warehouses, and industrial land along the waterfront. Today, it's one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in the city—filled with restaurants, coffee shops, offices, waterfront parks, and incredible views.

It's been fun watching this transformation over the years, and every time I'm here, I discover something new.

Do you remember what the Seaport used to look like? Or do you only know it as the neighborhood it is today?

☀️ A great day in Boston's Seaport.

Met with a client yesterday at the Boston Consulting Group, then treated myself to a coffee and a raspberry cheesecake at Tatte right next door. Tough to beat that combination!

One of the things I love about this job is that every day takes me somewhere different, and it's a bonus when I get to enjoy great local spots along the way.

What's your favorite place to grab a coffee (or dessert!) in the Seaport? Always looking for recommendations.
