Meet Enzo the Frenchie.

At just 4 months old, Enzo was evaluated for BOAS, a common airway condition in brachycephalic breeds. Before surgery, the video shows Enzo struggling to breathe and regurgitating, both of which can affect comfort and quality of life.

Using a VetScalpel surgical laser, Dr. Boaz Man performed BOAS corrective surgery, including work to open the nasal passages and address the elongated soft palate.

For veterinarians, VetScalpel surgical lasers provide precision for delicate soft-tissue airway procedures. For pet owners, early BOAS evaluation can make a meaningful difference.

Special thank you to Boaz Man, DVM, for sharing the footage and supporting BOAS education.
