Why it Works Wednesday
Strong legs support your balance and make daily movements like standing and walking easier. Physical therapy uses gradual strengthening exercises tailored to your comfort and ability, helping you move with greater stability and confidence.
Want better posture? Start by training the muscles that support it. 💪
Good posture is not just about sitting up straight. It’s about having the strength, mobility, and control to move well throughout your day.
These are some of our favorite exercises to help support better posture:
Face pulls to overhead press help strengthen the upper back and shoulders.
Thoracic extensions and half kneeling thoracic rotations help improve upper back mobility.
Band pull-aparts build postural strength and shoulder control.
Pec stretches help open up the front of the shoulders after long hours of sitting.
Small movements done consistently can make a big difference in how your body feels. 🙌
