Something to take care of, something always glad to see him. It changed how his days feel.

Our Ohio Golf Event is happening Sunday, August 16th. Every round supports recovery in our community.
Registration has closed, thank you to everyone who signed up.
Kate teaches clients a grounding practice they can use outside of session.
It takes under a minute, and it's built for the moments things get heavy, not just the ones inside an office.
Keep this one close for the next hard day.

Meet this month's Courage Cultivators.
Dora Holliday, our Lead Therapist in Ohio, asks the question clients have been avoiding, then helps them recognize a strength they already had but couldn't yet see, session after session.
Autumn Bender, a Behavioral Health Technician in Wisconsin, steps up before anyone has to ask, taking on the extra task, covering the gap, doing what needs to get done, and her reliability, initiative, and positive attitude reach coworkers and clients alike.
Two different ways of showing up. Same courage.
Thank you, Dora and Autumn.

A client sits down for a session, and the words won't come, not for this part of the story. So her therapist hands her a paintbrush instead.
There's yoga, art therapy, music therapy, and more working alongside traditional talk therapy: different ways into the parts of a story that don't come out as sentences.
Here, that's part of the work itself.
Ricky's tried other programs before landing at WellBrook.
This is the first one that treated him like a person working through something hard, not a case file.
He calls it a place to recover with dignity. Hear him tell it in his own words.
