We’ve been busy in our garden lately .
Whenever possible we strive to use the freshest ingredients. We recently harvested just over 10 lbs of tomatoes So we made homemade tomato paste and pizza sauce.
Which meant we had to have homemade sourdough pizza for dinner 😍

I stopped making boules and now make them in a loaf pan. ( you can fit more loaf pans in the oven than Dutch ovens at one time) but when one of your kids ask for a boule you make 2 of them! 😂
