There are still a few spots left for tomorrows Market to Table: Cooking with the Season 🌽🍅
This is honestly my favorite class to teach because I don’t decide the menu until the day before. I head to the farmers market, see what looks best, and let the season decide what we’re cooking.
And right now? Peak summer is giving us SO much to work with — sweet corn, fresh beans, sun-ripened tomatoes, herbs, and an abundance of beautiful local vegetables.
We’ll take those simple, familiar ingredients and learn how to make them feel really special — layering flavors with acids, herbs, spices and texture, while keeping everything balanced and approachable.
You’ll leave with:
🌿 Techniques for creating vibrant summer dishes
🌽 Confidence cooking with peak-season produce
🍅 Ideas for elevating everyday ingredients
🥕 Tips for shopping, storing & using farmers market finds
👩🍳 Seasonal recipes you’ll actually want to make at home
And because the menu is inspired by what’s freshest at the market, every class is a little different.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time. There are still tickets available!
Come cook with the season at HER Kitchen. 🤍

Market to Table series continues on June 30th with Early Summer — an evening dedicated to cooking with what’s fresh, local, and at its peak.
As the markets begin to fill with berries, tender greens, and the first abundance of summer, we’ll explore how to turn seasonal ingredients into a meal that feels both simple and special. Together, we’ll create a vibrant plant-forward dinner and a seasonal dessert that celebrates the sweetness of the season.
Market to Table is a monthly cooking class series that runs May through September, with each class inspired by what you’ll find at the farmer’s market that month. More than recipes, these classes are about learning how to cook with the seasons, building confidence in the kitchen, and gathering around the table to enjoy what we’ve created together.
Join us for one class or cook through the seasons with us all summer long.
