Built by Colonnade Custom Homes, a builder I’ve been fortunate to work with since 1994.

This approximately 8,800 sq. ft. custom home is located in downtown Alpharetta and reflects a thoughtful approach to scale, function, and livability.

Key features include expansive corner sliding doors that connect indoor and outdoor living spaces, a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, Wolf coffee system, and a residential elevator serving all floors.

Site visit during construction on a custom lakefront tear-down project on Lake Lanier. These types of builds require careful planning to maximize space and functionality while working within a tight footprint.

The goal is always to create a home that feels open, efficient, and tailored to the way the family lives, while taking full advantage of the lakefront setting.

This project was designed for a wonderful family with a clear vision for their future home. The site, located on a beautiful piece of property in Dawson County, provided the perfect setting for this custom design.

It’s always rewarding to see a project move from concept to completion, and this one is a great example of collaborative design and ex*****on.

This project in Milton began after the homeowners' house was destroyed by fire. They wanted to rebuild using the existing foundation while completely redesigning the floor plan and creating a fresh new front elevation.

The result is an incredible transformation that turned a devastating loss into a beautiful custom home designed to fit their family's needs and lifestyle.
