Cobb Custom Home Design

Playing around with the 3D rendering feature in my design software and getting better with each one! 🏡

This is a builder’s personal home that will be built in Woodstock, along with a client’s home in Cu***ng. It’s been fun bringing these designs to life and seeing the vision come together before construction even begins!

Cobb Custom Homes— turning ideas into homes.

From Vision to Residence | Custom Home Design

Every custom home starts with a vision and a well designed plan.

It's always rewarding to see a project come full circle, from the original front elevation and floor plan to the completed home. Watching a design on paper become a place where families will make memories never gets old.

We were proud to design the plans for this custom residence and see them brought to life by Kevin Waller with Milestone Homes.

Built by Colonnade Custom Homes, a builder I’ve been fortunate to work with since 1994.

This approximately 8,800 sq. ft. custom home is located in downtown Alpharetta and reflects a thoughtful approach to scale, function, and livability.

Key features include expansive corner sliding doors that connect indoor and outdoor living spaces, a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, Wolf coffee system, and a residential elevator serving all floors.

Site visit during construction on a custom lakefront tear-down project on Lake Lanier. These types of builds require careful planning to maximize space and functionality while working within a tight footprint.

The goal is always to create a home that feels open, efficient, and tailored to the way the family lives, while taking full advantage of the lakefront setting.

This project was designed for a wonderful family with a clear vision for their future home. The site, located on a beautiful piece of property in Dawson County, provided the perfect setting for this custom design.

It’s always rewarding to see a project move from concept to completion, and this one is a great example of collaborative design and ex*****on.
