Here are some fun facts about Belted Galloways!
Most of our mama cows are Belted Galloways, and they hold a pretty special place in our herd.
When Jack was 14, he saw and branded a Belted Galloway for the first time. It was love at first sight! From that day on, he dreamed of one day owning a herd of his own. That dream finally came true a couple of years ago when he had the opportunity to buy a small herd of Belted Galloways. And now, years later, these fuzzy “double-stuffed Oreos” hold a special place in our hearts and have become a big part of our story.

Paisley requested that we try our hand at making beef tallow, so we kept some beef fat from our last cow! Stay tuned to see how it turns out! 🐄 ✨
Have you ever made your own beef tallow? Any tips for us? 👇

We’ve got ground beef in stock! Shoot me a message to reserve yours now.
If you don’t own one of these yet, you need one! 🤩 I went and looked it up, it’s called a meat masher! It makes breaking up ground beef so much faster and easier, and I know I’ll be using it all the time.

A boy and his cows. 💙🐮 The cows have a whole creekbed to graze but they’re choosing to mow the lawn for me instead.
