Just because I did it for them doesn’t mean they will do it for me.. Just Because I always kept my word, because I included them in my moves, because I invited them to the studio on my dime, because I always kept them in mind, because I got 1 for them when I got me 1, because when they called I always pulled up, just because their enemies are now my enemies, just because I treat them like family and won’t leave them in the street does not mean they will do the same for me. #424 #1915

Baby, they always say BE CAREFUL WHO YOU’RE STANDING NEXT TO! This old picture of Mo3, Yella Beezy and Trapboy Freddy hits completely different TODAY.
At one point these men could stand together for a picture, and now Mo3 is gone, while Yella Beezy and Trapboy Freddy are facing serious allegations connected to his passing and will have to fight those allegations in court.
Mo3 once said, “Everybody ain’t your friend, everybody ain’t your partna,” and WHEW… those words feel heavier now.
Life can change FAST. The person smiling beside you today may not necessarily be rooting for you tomorrow.
This picture alone tells a story… what do y’all see when you look at it now? 👀

Da Business!!

“I get 85, yall get 15!” 🤯🔥👀

During an interview with VIBE, Master P recalled Priority shareholders telling him he could only release one album before he reminded them who owned No Limit Records:

“What you mean I only could put out one record? I own this company… I did an 85/15 deal. I get 85, yall get 15.”

Priority’s owner was stunned:

“Man, I need P’s lawyer to be my divorce attorney, because I don’t know how you pulled this off.”

That control is how P says No Limit released 28 albums in 1998.

Is Master P the blueprint for successful music businessmen?

The word of the month is ORGANIZATION

For decades, Mafia social clubs served as neighborhood headquarters where mob leaders met with captains, soldiers and trusted associates away from restaurants, offices and public scrutiny. These locations often looked ordinary from the outside small storefronts, private lounges or members-only clubs but inside, they were used to discuss disputes, gambling operations, loansharking, labor rackets and family business. Clubs such as the Ravenite in Little Italy, the Bergin Hunt and Fish Club in Queens and the Palma Boys Social Club in East Harlem became closely tied to some of the most powerful names in organized crime.

The Ravenite became especially famous during John Gotti’s rise as boss of the Gambino family, attracting federal surveillance and regular media attention. Vincent “The Chin” Gigante used the Triangle Social Club in Greenwich Village as a base for Genovese family activity, while Anthony “Fat Tony” Salerno operated from the Palma Boys, where FBI listening devices helped investigators build major federal cases. Other locations, including the Motion Lounge, Gemini Lounge and Robert’s Lounge, were connected to crews involved in hijacking, gambling, extortion and violent enforcement.

By the late 1980s and 1990s, the traditional mob social club became increasingly dangerous for organized crime figures because law enforcement had learned how to monitor them. Federal agents used photography, surveillance teams, wiretaps and hidden microphones to document meetings and identify criminal hierarchies. As prosecutions weakened the major families, many clubs closed, changed ownership or lost their influence, but their history remains an important part of understanding how the American Mafia organized its crews, maintained control and operated openly within local neighborhoods.
