My favorite quick service meal at Pop Century 🐭✨💛

The Caprese Chicken Sandwich is one of the best things I’ve had since Pop redid their food court! It’s a grilled chicken sandwich topped with tomato aioli, arugula, and fresh mozzarella—so good. It also comes with a side and a drink for just one Quick-Service dining credit.

If you’re visiting Caribbean Beach, this is one breakfast you’ll want to add to your list. Spyglass Grill recently added Churro Mickey Waffles to the menu, and they’re everything you’d hope for. Warm Mickey waffles coated in cinnamon sugar and served with a side of dulce de leche for dipping.

Up until now, these were mostly something you’d find on a Disney Cruise Line sailing or at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom, so it’s exciting to finally have another place to grab them at Walt Disney World!

One of my favorite things about staying at the Polynesian is that the resort feels like a destination all on its own. From the tropical landscaping and beach views to being just a monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, it’s the kind of place where you’ll actually want to spend time enjoying the resort instead of rushing out the door.

As the sun goes down, the parks take on a whole new feeling. The lights come on, the music feels a little more nostalgic, and somehow every walkway, resort, and castle feels even more magical than it did during the day.

It’s one of my favorite times to slow down, take it all in, and remember why I keep coming back.

If you’re visiting Walt Disney World this summer, don’t panic when the skies suddenly turn dark in the afternoon. This is just Florida doing Florida things.

Most summer storms only last 30–60 minutes, so instead of trying to fight the rain, use it to your advantage. Head back to your resort, grab a snack, cool off for a bit, and wait for the storm to pass.

Before you know it, the sun is back out, the crowds have thinned, and sometimes you’re even rewarded with one of the prettiest sunsets of your trip.

It’s just one of those little Disney summer traditions. ☀️🌦️

Come ride the new version of Test Track with me! 🚗💨🐭✨ Single Rider Edition

I was so excited to finally ride the new Test Track! I hadn’t seen it since it reopened, and I absolutely loved the updated look and feel. Even better, I decided to give the single rider line a try and ended up saving myself over an hour of waiting. The posted wait was 110 minutes, and I was on the ride in about 10!

If you’re visiting EPCOT solo or don’t mind being separated from your group, the single rider line is definitely worth checking out. It’s never guaranteed to be this quick, but it can be a great way to fit more into your park day without spending hours in line.
