Lucky Labs Rescue

🚨 ADOPTER AND/OR FOSTER NEEDED! 🚨

Meet Clark! ❤️🐾

Clark is a fun-loving, playful 1-year-old boy who loves being outside, playing fetch, and exploring the yard. He adjusts incredibly quickly to new environments and is always ready for his next adventure!

Here’s what we love about Clark:
🐾 Fully house-trained — he has never had an accident in the house
🐾 Does wonderfully in his crate, even for longer periods
🐾 LOVES car rides and is happiest with his head out the window
🐾 Enjoys looking out the windows, playing with his toys, and being wherever his people are
🐾 Eager, curious, and full of personality

Clark would love a home with another playful dog who can give him a fun companion. He is still working on his doggy manners and would benefit from a family who is committed to working with him so he can be the very best dog.

A few things Clark is learning:
❤️ Keeping all four paws on the floor when greeting guests
❤️ Walking nicely on leash — he pulls, but a Gentle Leader helps a lot!

Clark would thrive with an active family who can give him plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and continued training. In return, you’ll get a playful, affectionate young dog who is ready to bring plenty of fun into your life! 🥰

📍Clark is located in Charlotte, NC.

Two former Lucky Labs who just bonded right away! Sassy (L) and Maggie (R). Look how gorgeous they are!

Foster still needed! We think Maya would do best as an only dog. Please email if you can help 🙏

🚨 FOSTER SECURED!!

Meet AWESOME Midnight! ❤️🐾

Midnight is a sweet 6-year-old boy who ended up at a South Carolina shelter, hoping his owner would come for him. Sadly, after waiting nearly 60 days, no one ever came to reclaim him. 💔

Midnight is also about 15 pounds underweight, but despite everything he’s been through, he has the sweetest, most humble heart. He was recently brought into a home where he met three Labs and immediately acted like they were old friends! He is currently with three other dogs and doing great.

We truly can’t say enough great things about this boy. ❤️

Midnight urgently needs a foster home by Wednesday. He deserves the chance to leave the shelter behind and finally have a safe, loving place to land.

📍Midnight is located in Charlotte, NC.

🍀 If you are interested in FOSTERING Midnight, please email [email protected].

🍀 If you are interested in ADOPTING Midnight, please email a completed copy of our application (found in our bio) to [email protected] and [email protected], and specify in the subject line that you are interested in Midnight.

Thank you for your support and prayers.. Kelly continues to get a little better each day. She started eating on her own a couple of days ago. Not a lot, but we are very happy with this progress! Then yesterday she decided that she would like to play a bit….see the video of her “fletching” in Kelly style 🥰

UPDATE COMING SOON !!

Some of you may have seen the older choc lab girl we got out of a shelter on Friday. The shelter was holding her for us, but they let us know she had become very sick. They were working hard to treat her but limited weekend medical help for her worried them. We decided we had to do what we could to give her the best chance possible. They helped us get her to an Emergency vet and Kelly had to stay at the vet because she had, and still has pneumonia. The vets felt that the shelter was correct in their assessment that she would not have survived without the medical care she was able to get.

During this time we had no idea where we could place her once released from the hospital. An Angela angel stepped up to be her temporary foster home. Kelly is still very sick, but she is now drinking on her own and eating a little. She does not like her meds, but is so sweet that we are able to get them in her…. Barely!

She is now going out to potty, exploring the house, sleeping on her fuzzy dog bed…and spending her nights cuddled up with Angela on her bed. 🥰

Thank you for your past prayers…keep them coming. Thank you to everyone that helped us get her into this better situation…it takes a village.

URGENT FOSTER STILL NEEDED

🚨 ADOPTER AND FOSTER NEEDED! 🚨

Meet Maya! ❤️🐾

Maya is a 1-year-old girl with a fun, sweet personality. She was dumped at a South Carolina shelter along with her siblings, and thankfully, she now has the chance to find the loving family she deserves.

Maya can be a little shy at first, but she comes out of her shell quickly when she sees another dog. She absolutely ADORES other dogs and must have a four-legged friend in her forever home. 🐕❤️

Here’s a little more about Maya:
❤️ 1 year old
❤️ Only 40 pounds and on the smaller side
❤️ Knows several commands
❤️ Will promptly sit when asked
❤️ Rolls over for belly rubs
❤️ Loves attention from her people
❤️ Will happily snuggle close to her humans

If you’re looking for a smaller girl with a sweet personality, lots of love to give, and a built-in best friend requirement, Maya could be your girl! 🥰

📍Maya is located in Charlotte, NC.

🍀 If you are interested in FOSTERING Maya, please email [email protected].

🍀 If you are interested in ADOPTING Maya, please email a completed copy of our application (found in our bio) to [email protected] and [email protected], and specify in the subject line that you are interested in Maya.

🚨 FOSTER SECURED!!

We are no longer accepting applications for Gus

Meet Gus! ❤️🐾

Gus is a confident 9-month-old fox red Lab with a LOT of love to give and even more puppy energy to match! He is incredibly handsome and will likely be on the smaller side for a male Lab, around 65–70 pounds fully grown.

Unfortunately, Gus’s early training involved some harsh tactics, and he didn’t respond well to them. Thankfully, we were able to take him in and work with one of our positive-reinforcement trainers. He is learning that the world can be kind, and every day he’s showing just how good of a boy he can be when given patience, time, and the right approach. 💛

Gus is:
🐾 Playful and high-energy — he needs an active home with plenty of outlets for his puppy zoomies
🐕 Dog-loving — he adores playing with other dogs, although he can get a little rambunctious once the fun gets going
🐱 Great with people, dogs, and cats — he is currently living happily with all three
🍖 VERY food motivated — he picks up new things quickly when treats are involved
💛 Affectionate — he loves snuggles, attention, and being close to his people

Gus needs a patient person who understands that he’s still learning and won’t get frustrated when he gets a little rambunctious. Calm guidance and consistency are exactly what this boy needs.

In return, Gus is working hard on his manners and has plenty of love and loyalty to give. If you’re looking for a goofy, affectionate, food-driven Lab who just wants a chance to be a puppy and learn about life, Gus might be your perfect match! 🥰

Gus is appropriate for children over 12.

📍Gus is located in Charlotte, NC.
