I didn’t know picking WHITE paint could be this stressful 😂🤦🏾‍♂️

I’m trying to choose the right white for these walls, and somehow I’ve narrowed it down to FOUR different whites that all look different once they hit the wall. 🤍🎨

So I need y’all to help me out…

1️⃣ Whipped Cream
2️⃣ Frost
3️⃣ Natural White
4️⃣ Whisper White

Which one are you going with?? 👀

Drop 1, 2, 3, or 4 in the comments 👇🏾 because apparently “just paint it white” ain’t as simple as it sounds 😂

Follow along to see which one I choose and how the finished project turns out. 🏠🔥

POV: You bought the investment property… now the REAL work starts. 🏚️➡️🏡😂

They don’t show you this part on Instagram. One minute you’re running numbers, the next minute you’re outside pressure washing your own investment. 😂💪🏾

Building the portfolio one property, one project, and apparently one pressure washer at a time. 📈🏠

Who else is willing to get their hands dirty to build the life they want? 👇🏾

Follow the journey — we’re just getting started.

Real estate will teach you QUICK… the numbers don’t lie 😂

Thought I had everything figured out until the renovation started exposing a few surprises. Foundation problems, unexpected costs… all part of the game. 📈🔨

For my real estate investors & contractors — what’s the ONE mistake you made on a project that you’ll never make again? 👇🏾😂

Follow the journey — I’m showing the wins, mistakes, and lessons, not just the finished product.

🏚️➡️🏠 Trust the process… because it definitely doesn’t look pretty in the middle 😂🔨

Another property getting brought back to life one step at a time. Demo, repairs, long days, unexpected problems — it’s all part of turning the vision into reality. 📈🏡

What’s the FIRST thing you would change if this was your property? 👇🏾 Let me know in the comments.

Follow the journey to see how this one turns out — the BEFORE & AFTER is going to be crazy. 🔥

They said being the boss means you don’t have to do the heavy lifting… THEY LIED 😂😂

COO on paper… speaker lift operator when needed 😭🔊⬆️

Whatever it takes to get the show up and running. 😂💪🏾

Be honest… y’all trusting me with the speaker lift or nah? 👀😂👇🏾

Follow for more behind-the-scenes moments, events, business & controlled.

😂 When you said “I can do it myself” and now the whole project got you questioning your life choices. 🛠️🏠

Real estate isn’t always the clean before & after… sometimes you gotta get your hands dirty and figure it out as you go. 😂 Who else has been here?

Follow for more real estate, renovations, investments & the stuff nobody shows you behind the scenes. 📈🏚️➡️🏡

Another CBI project underway! We’re walking through the property, breaking down the plan, and showing you what it really takes to turn potential into profit. 🔨📈

I’m documenting the whole journey — purchase, renovation, numbers, mistakes, and the final reveal.

👀 Would you buy a property like this and renovate it? YES or NO? Drop it in the comments.

🏚️ Another property, another transformation in the works. 🔨🏠

We’re taking this one from outdated to completely renovated — and we’re bringing y’all along for the entire process.

Real estate isn’t just about the finished product. It’s about seeing the potential, putting the right plan together, and executing. 📈

What would YOU change first in this house? 👀👇🏾

Another property, another opportunity. Today I brought my little assistant along 👶🏾😂 as we walked through this one and talked about what it could become.

Real estate isn’t always pretty in the beginning — sometimes you have to see the finished product before anybody else does. 📈🔨
