🎉 Good Times with the CSI Kansas City Crew! 🎉
Last Saturday, our KC team traded service calls and tool bags for a little well-deserved FUN at Z Sports in Greenwood!
Employees and their families came together for an afternoon full of food, games, laughs, and plenty of friendly competition. 😎 From the kids to the grown-ups, there was something for everyone!
We’re grateful for the people who make CSI what it is every day — and for the families who support them behind the scenes. ❤️

David has moved from Service Manager into the Kansas City Branch Manager role, taking the reins as we continue building on the momentum and growth of our KC operation.

Jimmy’s path is a great example of where hard work and growth can lead at CSI. After serving our customers in the field as a Service Technician, he’s now stepping up to lead the team as Service Manager.

CSI CARES in action❤️
Two different volunteer projects. One shared purpose: giving back to the communities we serve.
Through our CSI Cares Volunteer Time Off program, Shelley and Melissa participated in the Patriot Day event at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery along with family members, while Jeff put his skills to work helping install kitchen cabinets at Vital Church.
We’re proud to see our employees using their time and talents to make a difference—whether they’re working alongside a group or lending a skilled hand to a project in need.

10 YEARS. ONE BIG NEXT STEP.
This Labor Day, we’re celebrating where hard work can take you.
Brad Cope joined our St. Louis team as a Service Technician in August 2016. Ten years later, he’s trading some time behind the tools for the opportunity to lead the team as CSI St. Louis' new Service Manager.
Brad knows the job because he’s done the job—the long days, tough service calls, problem solving, customer relationships and everything that comes with keeping our customers up and running.
Now, he’ll bring a decade of field experience into his new role, leading and supporting the technicians he’s worked alongside in the field for so long.
That’s what promoting from within is all about. Hard work matters. Experience matters. And dedication opens doors.
Congratulations on 10 years with CSI and your well-earned promotion, Brad! 👏
