Small Business, Big Impact: A Century of Change Through the Eyes of a 100-Year-Old Business

Small businesses that survive for generations can tell a story that goes much deeper than the product or service they provide. Ray Kroner will talk about how the story of Kroner Dry Cleaner, a Westside icon, goes much deeper than dry cleaning. The business is a product of the Great Depression. Their history relates to fashion trends over the years, as well as the economy, and environmental and sustainability trends. They are part of the small business story that defines a big part of our country’s history.
