Best Documentary Short Winner – 🏆

Dying for Water, produced by Rector Cares Foundation and directed by Omoregie Osakpolor, has been honored as Best Documentary Short at the Eastern Nigeria International Film Festival (ENIFF)!

This powerful film raises awareness about water poverty and the urgent need for clean water access, highlighting the impact of Rector Cares Foundation in driving change.

Representing the foundation, Dr. Kenechukwu Ugwu joined the Water and Gender: Lokoja Dialogues, turning the stories on screen into real conversations about lives at risk. This wasn’t just a screening—it was a call to bridge the gap between policy and the harsh reality of water scarcity.
