🖼️🎙️ Kick off your Fourth of July weekend with an evening of visual art, live performance, and meaningful community connection. I’ll be performing pop-up alongside some amazing artists. See you soon! ✨

🙏🏾 I’m honored to formally announce that I am the 2026 recipient of both a Literary Arts Grant and a Artist Project Award. I’ll be working on two major projects over the next year- my first poetic memoir and my debut comedy half hour. I’m so grateful to these organizations for the capacity to explore and expand in my new era of artistry. I can’t wait to see what’s next. Sending big congratulations to my cohort peers! We got art to make ☺️

In May we ate, we prayed, we played, we loved. 🍱🙏🏾♥️

May was all about internal work and processes. I had to ask some questions only I could answer. I took some losses. I had to relocate my safe spaces so I could get the courage to go back out in the world. Thank you to all the homies. Love y’all big big. We outside all summer 🙂‍↕️

🗓️ 1 year of not touring and I’m knee deep in the work of advocating for artists in the South and repping in the field. Thank you .atlas for the invitation to dream about what Atlanta’s Art Scene might could be if we tend to it better. This was an all star panel and a brilliant moderator. 🎙️

Yesterday was MAGIC. A small heaven for a back girl. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of this. I’m so grateful for the moments our paths cross. Let’s do this again soon🎙️

Last night was a 🎥
20+ years of Atl poetry history in this photo. As much as we have paved our own paths, we have always remained in community with each other. I’m grateful for the iron that has sharpened me. And the MONSTERS who remind me the work is never done. Thank you and for the invitation to rock with these giants 🎙️
