: Abdominal aortic aneurysm, also known as triple A, is a leading cause of sudden death for men over age 60.
Triple A is treatable if detected early. Warning signs may include intense back or abdominal pain, rapid pulse, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, and shock.
