Open roles include Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Compliance Specialist, Compliance Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Market Property Specialist, and several SEIU Local 1 maintenance roles including Chief Engineer and Helper positions.

Chicago Housing Authority Board Awards Contracts to Eight Private Property Management Firms At July 2026 Meeting, the CHA Board of Commissioners Approved the New Contracts, Expanding and Diversifying the Agency’s Vendor Pool.
