But wait, you say! We know it is County Fair Week at the ARA in Lincoln. Where does that leave the recycling date for this month? Saturday, 8.15.26 is our date to recycle paper, cardboard, food grade plastics, metal and glass (separated from the others, please). See you then! But this week, please enjoy the County Fair

Let's do it again! Time to recycle, this coming Saturday. We will be at the ARA in Lincoln from 10:00 to 1:00, taking in your glass, paper, cardboard and mixed food grade plastic and metal containers. Our trained volunteers will help unload your vehicle and discuss how to recycle better. The cost is $5 and we are on site every 2nd Saturday of every month.
Many have been asking about electronics recycling. We are not holding an event for that this year, as we do every other year.
Attached is a sheet from our partner, Alpena Recycling. We don't want to send you there and lose seeing you on our recycling Saturdays -- but it is worth thinking about if you have items on their list. As out-of-county (Alpena) residents, there is a $60 per year fee and charges per item listed on the sheet. Please call them with any questions at 989.354.2607

The 2nd Saturday of the month is coming up this weekend, 4.11.26 and the weather looks to be conducive to getting out of the house, driving to Lincoln with your favorite load of recycling and dropping it off into the capable hands of our amazing volunteers! Come on down to the ARA!
Recycling is every month on the 2nd Saturday. We take paper, flattened cardboard, mixed food grade plastic and metal and separated food grade glass. Open from 10:00 to 1:00. Cost us $5.00 cash and you will be asked to tell us which township you live in. Remember, yard waste is not recycling but we hope you are cut out from the fallen trees and debris and can stop by.

Croissants and more to get you through the snow storm weekend! It looks like Saturday day time is the best weather we'll get for the next few days...perfect timing for the bakery being open 10-3pm 🥐❤️ we hope to see if you're out and about ❄️❄️❄️
Oh my gosh! It’s that time again! Come rain or shine or ice storm, we are recycling again this Saturday. At the ARA Lincoln Fair Grounds from 10:00 to 1:00. Bring in your paper, cardboard, glass food containers and mixed plastic and metal food containers to be recycled. Better if it’s all clean and the glass separated from the mixed plastic and metal — otherwise, we will have to ask your help in seperating. There will be other pointers given by our amazing volunteers on how to best work within 5he new protocols. See you then!
