es una de ellas. Un run club que va mucho más allá de correr: es comunidad, es energía compartida y es conexión entre personas que se encuentran a través del movimiento. Llegué sin saber exactamente qué esperar y terminé encontrando un espacio lleno de inspiración, personas increíbles y una vibra de otro mundo.

Hay experiencias que duran unas horas, pero te dejan una sensación que se queda contigo mucho más tiempo. Esta sigue siendo una de ellas 💖

First time in Paris, race day in Toronto, solo HYROX in Ottawa, and a little reset in Muskoka.
Trying to say yes to new places, new challenges, and making memories along the way 🤍

HYROX was hard lol. I had moments where I struggled, moments where I had to coach myself through it, and apparently singing during lunges became my strategy 😂

I was nervous about the sled pull and honestly about not having my people there, but the support, the messages, the calls, before the race filled my cup more than I expected.

Also somehow didn’t even realize I did 1:24 until after 😭

I think this reminded me that confidence really comes from doing hard things and discipline actually does show
