originated as a dance crew and in its early years evolved into a fitness workout to open the world of dance to fitness and dance enthusiasts alike. We continue to innovate and train utilizing the 3 levels of S.W.A.G.--S.W.A.G!, S.W.A.G!! This allows the post-partum mother, seasoned athlete and even the first time dancer, to get their S.W.A.G.
