Our very first improve it! workshop with United Airlines? Sam was there. 💜

Sam helped us bring workshop #1 to life. And for the 12 YEARS since, he’s continued to say yes and show up.

And when Sam shows up, he gives you EVERYTHING.

He’s memorized more client sketches than we can probably count. He commits to every bit (and we mean EVERY bit 😂).

He can read a room, listen to what someone is saying, and somehow find exactly what needs to be added to make that person feel seen and bring their words to life.

He’s hilarious. He’s real. He’s all heart. And he’s an incredible performer and facilitator who has helped shape what improve it! has become.

Sam, you said yes before we knew where any of this was going, and 12 years later, you’re still here saying yes.

When we say Patrick has been with improve it! since the beginning, we mean the VERY beginning.

The first event. The first workshop. The beginning of improve it! as we know it today. 💜

Patrick was one of our very first facilitators, and for 12 years, he’s brought something to this company that can’t be taught: an enormous amount of heart.

He learns every detail. He does the prep. He knows the client. He shows up ready to give everything he has to the people in that room. He’s hopped on planes at the last minute, jumped in whenever we’ve needed him, and made countless people feel truly seen and heard along the way.

He’s also one of the most effortlessly hilarious humans you’ll ever meet, which makes us VERY lucky that we’ve gotten 12 years of laughs with him too. 😂

Patrick, you didn’t just become part of improve it! You helped build it.

He’s also almost always a YES to an improve it! travel adventure, and wherever EJ goes, you can guarantee two things: a whole lot of laughter and the BEST food spot in town. 🙌

He brings the energy. He brings the joy. And he reminds everyone around him that sometimes the best things happen when you stop worrying about how you look and just go for it.

And if you’re lucky enough to travel with Mike? Even better. 😂 This is a man who can turn a boring road trip into an adventure and somehow ALWAYS finds the fun wherever he goes.
