Life is Bigger Than Borders

The photographs and creations are an invitation to explore new horizons, diverse cultures, faraway kingdoms, Polynesian breezes, and eternal symbols. They evoke tales of enchanted lands and taking you on a journey to exotic locales to experience the beauty, sensuality and exquisiteness of the world around us. I invite you to travel with me through my posts that are inspired by the joy and color of travel, a moment, a sensation or a mood : expansive, uplifting, creative and adventurous.

Every life has its own pace.

A few moments from the 2026 National Powwow in Danville, Indiana.
I was there as both a writer and photographer, capturing images for an upcoming article. The craftsmanship of the regalia is remarkable, as is the individuality of each dancer. The colors, beadwork, feathers, ribbons, and other handmade elements combine to create a unique visual identity for every person who enters the arena of the intertribal powwow. Come join the circle...
Looking forward to sharing more from this experience....

I love it when windows catch the morning sun.
Even some sun shimmer off the lake
Here it happened to be the Chautauqua Women's Club.

My latest article has been published in the Spanish edition of Revista Traveling!

This time I wrote about the Flyway City exhibition at the Chicago Architecture Center and the work of architect Jeanne Gang, exploring how architecture can help create more bird-friendly cities.

If you're in Chicago before the exhibition closes, I highly recommend a visit.

The article appears on page 16 of the digital edition:

Two years ago, I had the opportunity to work as the still photographer on The Concert, an intimate film by director Martin Hudson.
The project brought together family, music, memory, and a remarkable cast and crew.
These are a few of the moments I saw while moving around the set with a camera.
Swipe through for more from the set.
