Young people experiencing foster care deserve consistent, caring adults who will show up, listen, encourage them, and walk alongside them.

Right now, 19 youth are on the waitlist for a mentor. You can help change that.

A youth was struggling. A mentor was willing to step up. And when the call went out, our staff answered.

Because of that circle of support, this young person had the opportunity to attend a week-long sleepaway camp for teens living with a medical condition — on a full scholarship.

Sometimes, support is simply showing up. Sometimes it’s one person believing in a young person when they need it most. And sometimes, it takes a team coming together to create an opportunity that can change a young person’s outlook.

This is community. This is support. This is what happens when we don’t give up on our youth. 💙
