Mai Zenin cosplay from Jujutsu Kaisen at Anime Magic 2024.
For the dress I used a basic blue sleeveless dress, cut off a strip at the bottom, sewed it with some interfacing to make the high neck collar, sewed that around the neck, and cut the slits on the side of the dress.

I often use a combo of my real hair and hair pieces for my cosplays. Sometimes it looks a little goofy.
For this con, I had my real hair dyed white with a blonde streak at the front for my Jaina Proudmoore cosplay, which would not have worked for Maria, since her hair is solid platinum/white, so I had my real hair in a ponytail and two clip-ins for the bangs/fringe. My blonde roots were also a little grown out, as you can see here. I have used my full real hair for Lady Maria at other events.
