CARPLS is proud to welcome our newest Board member, Molly McGinley of Honigman LLP. Molly is an accomplished commercial litigator and serves as the Firm's Practice Group Leader for Privacy, Products and Class Action Litigation. Her extensive experience and leadership will make her an invaluable addition to our Board of Directors!

Each year, CARPLS helps thousands of people who can’t afford an attorney find answers to their everyday legal problems free of charge. We serve low- and moderate-income residents of Cook County.

CARPLS is happy to welcome back David Williams of Williams, Bax & Saltzman, P.C. to our Board of Directors. David brings extensive experience counseling businesses, litigating complex commercial disputes and negotiating business transactions. With a strong commitment to community service, he will continue to bring valuable legal and business expertise to CARPLS.

CARPLS Supervising Attorney Patricia Cintron-Bastin represented CARPLS at Taller de José’s annual Community Partnership Luncheon. She had an amazing time celebrating our shared accomplishments and highlighting the important work being done by community organizations!

As a partner of Taller de José, CARPLS proudly supports its mission to serve as a bridge to vital health, legal, and social services. Through our collaboration, clients can connect directly with Spanish-speaking attorneys, helping ensure equitable access to justice for all.

We are so excited to announce a new addition to our team, Sydney Selix. Sydney is a 2020 graduate of Tulane. They have been involved in legal aid since then, first at the Homeless Action Center in California, where they focused on public benefits, and then at Legal Aid Chicago, where they focused on Social Security, most recently on LAC's Veterans Rights Project.
