Nonprofits already have enough to manage.

Registrations. Donations. Volunteers. Contacts. Communications. Events.

Instead of piecing everything together across multiple systems, Pinwheel brings the work into one connected platform, helping teams stay organized and spend more energy on the people and communities they serve.

A great athletic event starts long before participants cross the starting line.

Registration is where the experience begins, and organizers need more than a sign-up form. They need tools to manage teams, waivers, payments, fundraising, volunteers, communication, and check-in as the event comes together.

Pinwheel connects those pieces so your team can focus on delivering a great event.

After-school programs do a lot more than fill the hours after the school bell.

Behind every great program are registrations to process, payments to track, attendance to record, families to communicate with, and volunteers to coordinate.

Pinwheel brings those pieces together so program leaders can spend less time managing administrative tasks and more time creating meaningful experiences for students.

School is back, and that means it’s time to start thinking about Senior Grad Night.

From selling tickets to coordinating volunteers and keeping parents informed, there are plenty of moving pieces to manage.

Pinwheel helps bring them together so your committee can spend less time juggling details and more time planning a celebration seniors will remember.

A team can mean very different things depending on the event.

It might be a relay team, a bowling squad, a gala table, a paddling crew, or a corporate 5K group. And each one may have different needs for payments, scheduling, fundraising, products, communication, and participant management.

Pinwheel gives organizations the flexibility to build team registration around their event, not force their event into a rigid registration structure.
