Fill a Chair Project was created with one simple mission:

No one should have to face a hospital appointment alone.

Every day, someone walks into a hospital feeling scared, overwhelmed, or without anyone to sit beside them. Sometimes, all a person needs is a friendly face, a listening ear, or simply someone willing to be present.

That's where we come in.

We're building a community of compassionate people who are willing to donate a little of their time to sit with patients during appointments, treatments, surgeries, or hospital stays, offering comfort, encouragement, and kindness when it's needed most.
