Valley Interior Systems

It's a beautiful day for the BBQ in Red Shoes, supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities Nashville. Our Valley team looks forward to this day every year, bringing together a few of their favorite things (in no particular order):

1) The Middle Tennessee Construction Community
2) Smoked Meats
3) A great cause!

Thanks to all the volunteers and participating organizations that put on this year's event!

This week (and every week) we're grateful for the tradesmen, safety leaders, project teams and partners who show up every day and do the hard work of building.

Construction is about more than what we build. It's about who we build with.

Solving problems
Lending a hand
Sharing what we know

In the lab, the band room, on the stage or on the court. School is where kids discover what they love and start building their futures. We’re proud to help build the spaces where learning, creativity and connection happen.

Here’s to a new school year and the futures being built inside these walls.

We created an activity book as a fun, accessible way to give kids a glimpse into our industry and the many people and skills that make it possible.

We hope it sparks curiosity, starts conversations and helps the next generation see construction as a place where they can belong and make a difference.

What inspired you to get into construction? Did you have a mentor? A school club or hobby? A Career day? Share in the comments, maybe you'll inspire someone, too!
