Cleveland Drones

Building Cleveland’s workforce starts with safety. Congratulations to the participants who completed OSHA 10-Hour Construction training today at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland! Cleveland Drones is proud to serve as the instructor partner, helping participants recognize jobsite hazards, understand their rights, and build a foundation for safer work in construction. This training is a step toward career readiness and a reminder that every worker deserves to return home safely. Thank you to the Urban League of Greater Cleveland for investing in Cleveland residents and partnering with us to connect safety education with workforce opportunity. To everyone who completed the course: keep learning, speak up, and carry these lessons onto every jobsite.

This is what workforce development looks like.
Cleveland Drones is proud to recognize the participants who completed an OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Course in Construction held at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland.
The certificates in this photo represent more than completing a class. They represent people investing in themselves, strengthening their knowledge of workplace safety, and becoming better prepared for opportunities in the construction industry.
As Northeast Ohio continues to build, renovate, expand, and invest in its communities, we also have to invest in the people who will do the work.
That means creating accessible pathways to training.
That means making safety part of workforce development from day one.
And that means connecting Cleveland residents with the knowledge and preparation needed to pursue opportunities in construction and the skilled trades.
Cleveland Drones is proud to work alongside the Urban League of Greater Cleveland to help strengthen that pipeline.
This is community.
This is workforce development.
This is how we help build Northeast Ohio, safely, one trained worker at a time.

Christian already carried his IUOE Local 18 journeyman card
and didn't need the degree to prove he could do the
job. He went back anyway, to close the loop we ask
every student who comes through our programs to
close.
