The future of women’s sports is now, and we are here to lead it.

Rock Entertainment Group is proud to announce that it has been named the Women Leaders in Sports 2026 BSN SPORTS Organization of the Year, recognizing REG’s overall impact on women working in sports.

REG is determined to uplift its own team members as well as inspire the next generation of girls who will change the sports world. Over the past year, REG, in partnership with the WNBA, hosted 28 activations for girls and young women, serving over 2,665 female athletes across three states, while the Cleveland Monsters hosted “Girls Grow the Game” events to introduce young female athletes to hockey. Internally, REG’s team member resource group, EmpowHER, created programs, events and resources to help women in the organization thrive personally and professionally.
