Chef Geoff Thomas

At just 30-years-old, Chef Thomas was the co-owner of two restaurants (Nevaeh Café in South Euclid & The Parkway in Beachwood), a full-service catering company (Taste & See Catering), and a meal preparation company (Prepped 4 Life). Chef Geoff was raised in the kitchen, under the culinary guidance of his beloved grandmother and great-grandmother in San Antonio, Texas. Ever since he was a small boy, Geoff has had a passion and love for memorable culinary creations. In the last several years, Chef Geoff has also become passionate about health and fitness, losing more than 100 pounds, and beginning Prepped 4 Life, a meal prep service, after he saw personal success with attention to nutrition and portion sizes. Thomas, a native Clevelander, holds a degree in advanced culinary arts from Connecticut Culinary Institute. He personally loves American, Asian, and Spanish cuisines the most, and when not in the kitchen, Geoff spends time with family and friends, attends South Euclid United Church of Christ, and enjoys the outdoors. Geoff currently lives in Naples, FL with his wife, Hillary, and their dog, Ace.
