1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Zest of 1 orange
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan or bundt pan, or line with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
