Intervention specialists, special education teachers, resource teachers… whatever they call us, when a student needs help, we’re coming.

Is it exhausting sometimes? Absolutely. But supporting students with disabilities, helping them find success, and making sure they know someone is in their corner—that’s why we do what we do.

We all wait for those state test numbers to drop…
But proficiency is only part of the story.

Look at the growth. Look at how far students moved. Look at what happened with the kids who started the year struggling.

Of course we want more students to reach proficiency—but success is also about whether we’re actually moving ALL students forward.

Sometimes the most important number isn’t how many crossed the finish line…it’s how much closer we helped them get.
