Omg. It was hot as hell and just as sweltering with the humidity this eve...

That didn't stop 49 peeps from showing up to practice. Repeat practitioners and quite a few newbies were in the house as we slow flowed and laughed a little ....allowing the wind to be a reminder for us to breathe.
