Brick Rick

Sharing a couple teaser shots from an upcoming project for Brick Rick… Very excited to get to put these on display. 🤩
Rarely get to share work with the open public; most of my work is commission-based. So being able to represent out in my community is a huge opportunity for me and a great way for folks to see some of my sculptures. :)
Stay tuned for more soon!

Almost a year’s worth of experience…
A hobby-build that was a passion project last holiday season turned into an experiment in playset building. This SW-style space cruiser (named it “The Squali”) has spots for over a dozen minifigures inside along with moving doors, hatches, removable panels for interior access, and room for storage and a speeder (in rear cargo).
Proud of her as it’s a first of a kind but NOT the last. ;) Hope to tackle a few similar commissions in near future. Really enjoyed making this and I hope you enjoy a few snaps & vids here. Thanks 🙏 for the support, Fans! 🤩🤗🤓

Took a tour of a local coworking space today. Eagerly searching for solutions to a workshop space needed for Brick Rick operations.

Anyone out in the Columbus area looking to lease secure creative space? Thanks! 🤓🧐🔐

Brick Rick and BASF, at Columbus' AmericanHort CULTIVATE '25

BASF & Brick Rick found ways to incorporate "building and growing" message together for their booth at American Horticulture tradeshow for 2025 in Columbus, OH.
Custom minifigure bar, bas-relief Lego mural, and botanical brick-built centerpieces were a hit for all in attendance.

Stoked to be once again asked to sponsor A Kid Again fundraiser “Martinis & Magic” event! Hosted at Columbus’ CoverMyMeds HQ overlooking Downtown skyline, getting to build custom minifigures with their VIP guests this evening… let the building begin! :)
Thank you for having BrickRick at your party. 🎉.

Teaser pic from a project in-progress for a minifigure-scaled spaceship… Looking forward to showing off more of this one soon! :) So far just part of the bridge deck from the top.
