We’re heading to the 2026 Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) North Central Regional Conference at The Ohio State University!

Join MA’s Jessica Glorius-Dangelo and Ken Cleaver on September 30th at The Ohio State University for a presentation and panel discussion: "LEED v4 and WELL v2: Achieving Dual Certification at Ohio State's Heminger Hall."

Alongside Laurel Van Dromme (OSU) and Keith Beal (Ruscilli Construction Co., LLC), the panel will share key successes, design challenges, and actionable insights for aligning sustainability certifications with campus goals.

If you're also there on Tuesday, 9/29, Ken will be sharing insights during a tour of OSU’s Ever-Evolving Health Sciences District where you'll get to visit Heminger Hall.

See you at the conference!

Today marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We remember and honor the lives lost, the courage of first responders, and the bravery of everyday heroes.

Acoustic control doesn’t have to feel like an afterthought.

When considered from the beginning, acoustic elements can become an intentional part of the design, adding texture, color, and visual interest while helping manage sound within the space.

The result is an environment that doesn’t just look good, but also feels comfortable, supports its purpose, and allows people to better connect, focus, and communicate.

Our team was thrilled to join Adaptive Sports Connection for the official ribbon cutting of their new Adventure & Wellness Lodge.

For 35 years, ASC has provided adaptive sports and therapeutic recreation for people of all abilities. Its new lodge creates a welcoming hub for water sports, adaptive biking, events and community gatherings, with indoor and outdoor spaces that connect users to the surrounding natural setting.

Designed to go beyond minimum accessibility standards, the lodge includes accessible van parking, automatic doors and companion-care restrooms with accessible showers, helping visitors participate with greater comfort and independence.

Working alongside ASC to bring their vision to life has been an absolute honor. Congratulations to the incredible athletes, volunteers, sponsors, and staff who made this possible. We can’t wait to see the memories and connections built here for years to come!

Finding the right architect for your next project starts with a well-written Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Unclear questions can lead to unclear answers. But a purposeful, well-crafted RFQ helps firms understand your vision, respond to your priorities, and show you what it’s really like to work together.

In our latest blog post, our Director of Marketing, Suzanne Cody, shares insights form her experience reviewing and responding to many RFQs throughout her career.

Light does more than just illuminate a space; it completely changes how we feel inside it. Exposure to natural light supports circadian rhythms, which influence alertness and cognitive function.

For our complete renovation of 550 at Lytle Park in Cincinnati, we utilized daylighting by adding large window openings to strategic locations. This brings in more light to enliven the space, and provides stellar views of the adjacent park, streets, and courtyard.
